Welcome to the okplsy Privacy Policy. okplsy ("we", "us", "the Platform") is committed to protecting the personal information of every player who registers, deposits, plays, or otherwise interacts with the okplsy online gaming platform at okplsy.net. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes our practices with respect to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal data.

This Policy is issued in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Where okplsy processes the data of players from other jurisdictions, we apply equivalent standards of care consistent with internationally recognised data protection principles.

This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalised terms not defined in this Policy carry the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, okplsy is the Personal Information Controller in respect of all personal data collected through the okplsy platform. This means okplsy determines the purposes for which, and the means by which, your personal data is processed.

okplsy has appointed a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and with all applicable data privacy laws. You may contact the okplsy DPO at any time using the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

okplsy collects only the personal data that is necessary and proportionate to the purposes described in this Policy. The categories of personal data we collect are set out in the table below.

okplsy collects personal data through the following channels and mechanisms:

• Registration: When you create an okplsy player account, you provide identity and contact information directly through the registration form.
• KYC Submission: When you submit identity verification documents in response to our KYC requests, either voluntarily or as a condition of withdrawal processing.
• Payment Transactions: When you initiate a deposit or withdrawal, your payment method details are processed through our integrated payment gateways (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
• Customer Support: When you contact our support team via live chat or email, the content of those communications is recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Responsible Gaming Tools: When you activate deposit limits, self-exclusion, or other player protection features, the relevant settings are recorded in your account profile.

When you access the okplsy platform, certain technical and usage data is collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies. • Account Management: To create, maintain, and administer your okplsy player account, including authentication and account security.
• Identity and Age Verification: To verify that you are who you say you are, and that you are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• Payment Processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via your selected payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) and to maintain accurate financial records.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: To monitor transactions and gaming activity for patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crime, and to report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
• Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, identity fraud, and unauthorized account access.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming activity for indicators of problem gambling behaviour and to facilitate the responsible gaming tools you activate through your account settings.
• Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and improve the quality of our support services.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and enhance the features, performance, and user experience of the okplsy platform.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with our obligations under Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the AMLA, and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• Communications: To send you important account notifications, security alerts, and — where you have provided consent — promotional communications about okplsy bonuses and new games.

okplsy does not sell your personal data to any third party, ever. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

okplsy works with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processing partners (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), fraud detection service providers, cloud hosting and data storage providers, and customer support platform operators. All service providers are contractually bound to process your personal data only on okplsy's instructions and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

okplsy is required by Philippine law to disclose certain information to regulatory and law enforcement authorities in specified circumstances. This includes disclosure to PAGCOR in the context of our licensing obligations, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where we are required to file suspicious transaction reports or covered transaction reports, and to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in the event of a reportable personal data breach.

In the event that okplsy undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via the email address registered to your account prior to such a transfer taking effect, and the Privacy Policy of the acquiring entity will govern the subsequent processing of your data.

Certain aggregated or pseudonymised usage data may be shared with our game content providers (such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming) strictly for the purpose of game performance analytics and technical support. These providers do not receive personally identifiable information such as your name, contact details, or financial data.

okplsy retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law, whichever is longer. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active player account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required for AML compliance and regulatory record-keeping under Philippine law.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with PAGCOR requirements and the AMLA's record-keeping obligations.
• KYC Verification Documents: Retained for the period required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations, currently a minimum of five (5) years from the conclusion of the business relationship.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last support interaction, for dispute resolution and quality improvement purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years after you withdraw consent, as evidence of the consent given.
• Technical and Usage Logs: Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months for platform analytics and fraud detection purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.

When personal data is no longer required and the applicable retention period has expired, okplsy will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it in accordance with our internal data destruction procedures.

okplsy takes the security of your personal data seriously. We implement a layered set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and the okplsy platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. We enforce HTTPS across the entire okplsy.net domain.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored in okplsy's databases, including identity and payment data, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms.

While okplsy implements robust security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your okplsy account.

okplsy uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform, personalise your experience, and analyse how players use our services. This section explains what cookies we use and how you can manage them.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on subsequent visits and to store certain preferences or session information. okplsy uses both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until manually deleted).

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data processed by okplsy. We are committed to honouring these rights promptly and without unnecessary barriers.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to [email protected]. okplsy will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, or within such shorter period as may be required by law. We may request proof of identity before processing your request to protect your account from unauthorized data access requests.

During the registration process, all players are required to confirm that they are at least 21 years of age. okplsy conducts age verification as part of its KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all balances will be returned (net of any bonuses received), and the personal data associated with that account will be deleted except to the extent that retention is required for legal compliance purposes.

The okplsy platform is operated primarily from within the Philippines. However, certain service providers we work with — including cloud hosting providers and game content providers — may process or store data on servers located outside the Philippines. When personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, okplsy ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

These safeguards may include: contractual data processing agreements incorporating the standard clauses recommended by the National Privacy Commission; transfers to jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection; and other legally recognised transfer mechanisms. By using the okplsy platform, you consent to such transfers subject to these protective measures.

okplsy reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable Philippine law, or changes in the structure or services of the okplsy platform. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the okplsy platform and by sending an email to the address registered to your account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent version of this Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of the document under "Effective Date." Your continued use of the okplsy platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your personal data before the revised Policy takes effect, subject to our legal retention obligations.

If you are not satisfied with okplsy's response to your privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the independent government body responsible for administering and enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Information about filing a complaint with the NPC is available through official Philippine government channels.

okplsy takes all privacy complaints seriously. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it thoroughly, and communicate the outcome of our investigation to you in writing within the timeframes required by applicable law.
