okplsy Terms & Conditions

Welcome to okplsy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okplsy ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okplsy online gaming platform, accessible at okplsy.net, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support services made available through the platform.

By accessing the okplsy website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by okplsy, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the okplsy platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the okplsy platform, including players accessing the site via mobile browser on Android or iOS devices, via desktop browser, or through any other means of access we may provide. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Access to and use of the okplsy platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, consistent with PAGCOR regulations. okplsy does not permit players under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by okplsy or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of okplsy, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless okplsy has provided explicit written consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your continued eligibility throughout the duration of your use of the okplsy platform.

To access the full range of games and services available on okplsy, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active okplsy account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. okplsy employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplsy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact okplsy support immediately.

okplsy is required to conduct identity verification as part of its compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. You agree to provide any documentation we request for KYC purposes, which may include but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

All player accounts on okplsy are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, game wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their bank or payment provider.

okplsy supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• The minimum deposit amount via GCash and PayMaya is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your okplsy account balance immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. okplsy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• okplsy does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. okplsy aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours of request submission, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• okplsy reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Any winnings that exceed published maximum withdrawal limits may require special authorization.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for details.

okplsy offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

All bonuses awarded by okplsy are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

okplsy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting software or strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• okplsy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• In cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, okplsy's determination is final.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are non-transferable between accounts.

All games available on the okplsy platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo rooms, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical randomization. Game outcomes are random, independent, and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players or by okplsy.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault, okplsy reserves the right to void any game round affected by the malfunction. In such cases, the wager placed on the voided round will be returned to the player's account balance. okplsy is not liable for any losses claimed as a result of a game malfunction, and "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all game titles on the platform.

The following conduct is prohibited during gameplay on okplsy and may result in immediate account suspension and voiding of winnings:

• Use of automated playing software, bots, scripts, or any other software that interacts with the okplsy platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer or table game rooms.
• Any action that disrupts the integrity of game outcomes or other players' experience.

okplsy is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from loss of internet connectivity, device failure, or third-party service disruptions on the player's end. Where a game round has been initiated and a wager committed prior to disconnection, the game outcome will be determined as normal and the result applied to the player's account upon reconnection.

okplsy is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on our platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. We recognize that for a minority of players, gambling can develop into a problem, and we take our obligations to those players seriously.

okplsy provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your okplsy account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your ability to deposit or play for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your okplsy account and block yourself from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and with full confidentiality.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

In addition to the gameplay prohibitions outlined in Section 6, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplsy platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using forged or altered identification documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the okplsy platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. okplsy is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your okplsy account. Players who initiate illegitimate chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and the amount charged back will be treated as a debt owed to okplsy.
• Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to okplsy systems, servers, databases, or other players' accounts; introducing malware or other harmful code; conducting denial-of-service attacks.
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Using the okplsy platform for commercial purposes, including advertising, solicitation, or reselling of account access, without okplsy's prior written consent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer rooms and table games.

All content available on the okplsy platform — including but not limited to the okplsy brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game titles (to the extent owned or licensed by okplsy), written content, and software — is the intellectual property of okplsy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okplsy platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content; reverse-engineer any platform software; create derivative works based on platform content; or use the okplsy brand or trademarks without prior written authorization.

Game content available on the okplsy platform is licensed from third-party game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplsy's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okplsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

okplsy strives to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend the platform for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or reasons outside our reasonable control. okplsy is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

okplsy is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or conduct of third-party services integrated with the platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and game providers. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be resolved directly with those providers.

okplsy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how we collect and use your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to okplsy collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

okplsy will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) where required by law, and with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

okplsy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal obligation to restrict the account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to okplsy. Where account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, okplsy reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit the account balance.

You may request voluntary closure of your okplsy account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

okplsy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the okplsy platform at the time of login.

Continued use of the okplsy platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the effective date displayed at the top of this document. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested by contacting okplsy support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the okplsy platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact okplsy's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. okplsy will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice of the claim.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Players who believe their complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved by okplsy may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the complaint.
